The LPE POA Community
Los Padres Estates is a community of 191 individually owned manufactured home properties. Each property is at least 0.23 acres in size. Homes vary in age and size.
The 2024 yearly association dues are $175. The association maintains the roads, ensures that the POA has liability insurance, ensures fire clearance on POA-owned green lots, and provides power to the streetlight.
We are located in Lebec California. We are nicely located about 35 miles south of Bakersfield and about 35 miles north of the Santa Clarita Valley.
